Wonderful
Great hotel, friendly staff, cosy but comfortable rooms and very quiet / soundproofed. Nice and easy walk to multiple underground stations.

Lovely and will return I’m sure
We have stayed at this hotel many times because we really love the location and the hotel itself. The beds are super comfy. The decor is finished to a very high standard. We love the design throughout the hotel.
One of the waiting staff for breakfast was particularly unfriendly and snarky with us for no reason. My husband very politely asked him to repeat back our drinks order as he wasn’t sure whether he had heard him ask for a cappuccino. He was positively rude to him in response and spent the rest of breakfast being surly. He was obviously in a bad mood. It really spoiled our breakfast experience. Also we don’t know if we were supposed to request fresh coffee mugs and water during our 2 night stay but we would rather have had that happen than have to request it. There wasn’t anything to hang on the door to say that we would like to have our room serviced and there was a welcome email with instructions but we would rather not have to deal with admin when on a romantic getaway! Would rather just stick something on our door handle as per every other hotel in the world and come back to a refreshed room.
